Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress. Please check your junk mail folder if by chance you have not received the email.

Free Shipping

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping at checkout.
If an order is returned or partially returned and the remaining total falls below the free-shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally.

International delivery times can vary significantly and may take several weeks or longer, depending on your country’s customs processing. Once a shipment enters customs, delays are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, holds, or clearance procedures.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees charged by their country.

These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.

We do not have control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

Incorrect Addresses
